Colleen Ann McNally is an Atlanta-raised freelance writer and editor now based in Savannah, Georgia.
She has over a decade of experience working in media and public relations across the Southeast, with a passion for writing about travel, food, spirits, design, music and wellness. The former editor-in-chief for Savannah magazine, she has also contributed work to Eater, VinePair, No Depression Music Journal, Well + Good, Men’s Journal, Business Insider, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Atlanta Best Media publications, among others.
Some of her most memorable assignments include meeting Dolly Parton, road-tripping through the Mississippi Delta, flying to St. Barts and learning to write songs with Drivin N Cryin's Kevin Kinney.
As a former public relations professional, she worked with esteemed clients, including design firm Cooper Carry and Crane Island (host of the 2019 Southern Living Idea House).
She lives with her husband, an old cat and a new rescue pup in Savannah.
